The meeting will be held in the Palmer Building at the University of Reading (Whiteknights Campus, Reading RG6 6UA)
Reading train station is a mainline train station and is easily accessible from most other places in the UK. There are direct rail links from many major cities, including Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol, and Exeter, as well as a number of routes through London. If you are travelling from or via London, the quickest route to take is from London Paddington station.
The Whiteknights campus in Reading are approximately 1.5 miles from the M4 motorway. Sat nav postcode for Shinfield Road and Pepper Lane entrances RG6 6UR. You will be able to use the car park marked 1a on the map. Please indicate at the registration if you intend to travel by car so we can provide you a parking permit.
The 21 and 21a buses run from Reading train station in the town centre to our Whiteknights campus at regular intervals, 24 hours a day. Note that you have to have the exact fare as no change is given by the driver or, alternatively, you can purchase your train ticket with a PLUSBUS, so that it is valid for bus travel within Reading as well.
